Covid-19 Information

As a collective, we are no longer requiring masks in our waiting room/common areas.  Masks are available if desired.  We do ask all visitors to follow CDC recommendations to mitigate the spread of Covid-19.  Telehealth may be an option depending on service you are receiving.
