Yoga Therapy

In these sessions, mindful movement, assisted stretching, meditation, and breathing techniques will be tailored for your unique body. This is not like a typical yoga class. Yoga Therapy addresses therapeutic needs. I’ve used Yoga Therapy techniques with folx with disabilities, degenerative disc disease, Parkinson’s patients, among others, with tremendous success. No yoga experience is necessary.

Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY)

TCTSY is the first systemized technique in trauma-informed instruction that is backed by science. Clinical trials have found that TCTSY is equally as successful in reducing PTSD symptomatology as other therapies like talk therapy. No yoga experience is necessary. Surviving trauma involves our physiology, and we can use our physiology to heal.

Lifestyle Empowerment Strategy Sessions
