Ashley Eldridge, LCSW, LCAS

Has life felt heavier or more stressful lately? You’re not alone. Many people reach out to me feeling overwhelmed by everyday stress, big world events, or the sense that things keep changing without much warning. It can feel like there’s no escape from stress, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Therapy can be a place to slow down, take a breath, and talk things through with someone who’s really listening. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as your full, uncensored self—say the hard things, the messy things, even the things you’re not sure how to put into words—and still feel accepted, heard, and supported.

Simply being yourself in the world can bring challenges all its own. I am body/sex-positive and an advocate for social justice. I offer an affirming space for clients who are LGBTQIAP2S+, autistic, ADHD, part of the neurodiverse community, caregivers, healing from religious trauma, living with chronic/terminal health conditions, grieving, or feeling misunderstood by loved ones.

I use a variety of research-based therapy approaches, tailored to meet your specific needs. Mystyle is collaborative, supportive, and gently honest. You’re the expert on your life—I’m here to help you build on your strengths, learn practical tools, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels doable for you. Let’s navigate this together. You can schedule an initial consultation or therapy appointment with me by emailing or calling me at aeldridgecounseling@gmail.com or 910-777-5185.
