Welcome! I am always humbled and honored to work with folks through difficult times in their lives. I have been working with individuals and couples for 10 years when they feel stuck and are facing obstacles life in life, such as chronic mental or physical health, anxiety, depression, relationship issues general life stress. I believe in our ability to be resilient and to make real, lasting changes in our life to help us thrive rather than just get through life. I utilize Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as tools to help in the therapeutic process.
