There are times in life when we need someone on our team, someone who truly listens and understands our perspective. I am, first and foremost, a thoughtful and attentive listener, which allows me to meet you exactly where you are in your journey. My priority is that you feel heard, understood, and validated. That matters to me because you matter.
I approach therapy with compassion, empathy, and patience. I integrate mind, body, and spirit to support you in discovering your whole self. I value those “light bulb” moments that emerge through self-exploration and meaningful processing, and I strive to create a space where those insights can unfold naturally.
My style is gentle, welcoming, and collaborative. I incorporate humor when appropriate and move at a pace that feels right for you. This is your space. There is no rigid roadmap.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and DBT, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.
