Welcome to Our Collective

Balance & Harmony Wellness Collective is a space in the Wilmington area with a goal of supporting community health and wellness.  The mission of Balance & Harmony is to empower different wellness professionals to operate their own business, while supporting the overall well-being of community members. The collective is a safe space and all community members of any race, gender, ethnicity, or sexual orientation are welcome and invited. All wellness professionals in the collective operate independently, but share space at the Balance & Harmony suites.  This allows for professional autonomy within a supportive, collective, and peaceful environment.

Helping you cultivate Peace in your Body & Mind

The services provided within the collective may change over time.  If and when a space is available, the collective will seek a new wellness professional to share space, which may diversify the range of self-care services provided.  Balance & Harmony was created by therapists, thus therapy will always be an offering.  Keep checking our site for any new wellness services that might interest you!

Balance & Harmony currently has space available for wellness providers to sublease and join the collective. Flexible lease terms, no fee splits or non-competes!  Please inquire about this peaceful working environment at info@balance-harmony.com!
